HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS
You can't change the email address associated with your account as that would break the verification process, therefore to add an email or change the administrator email:
Have the other email join your company, if you access your manage users page https://encryptedwork.com/managerusers/ you can grab your company join link, follow the instructions to have the other email join your company (if doing this yourself ensure you use a different web browser and logout from your original account first) then after signing up with the new email make them an administrator, again via the settings page when logged in with your original account. Finally with the new email address login / access settings and click save.
CAN I POOL MY BANDWIDTH ALLOWANCE AMONGST ALL MY LICENSES?
Yes access settings https://encryptedwork.com/logo/ select License and turn on “Pool data amongst all user licenses?” then click save
WHEN WILL THE DESKTOP SYNC CLIENTS BE RELEASED?
We have been running a beta program with a limited number of testers which has now closed, we are making some major improvements and plan to release the desktop sync clients for Mac and Windows in December 2022.
HOW DO YOU KEEP MY DATA SAFE?
We have stringent internal security policies, your data is encrypted with AES 256 encryption and our Encrypted Work service runs on the Google Cloud Platform which meets the latest security and compliance standards.

Google - Encrypted Work integrates with Google (sign in with your Google account) and pushes files you receive straight to Google Drive storage -
Microsoft - Encrypted Work integrates with Microsoft (sign in with your Microsoft Office 365 account) and pushes files you receive straight to Microsoft OneDrive storage.
Dropbox - Encrypted Work integrates with Dropbox and pushes files you receive straight to Dropbox.
